During well test operations the service provides verification of solids clean-up sequence, maximum solids free flow rates and verification of the integrity of solids exclusion equipment. This is also applicable for the production phase of the field life cycle.

For production platforms the system can be installed in standard corrosion monitoring fittings already in place on the platform. This can be done as a temporary measure, to ascertain which wells are producing sand, or as a permanent monitoring solution with combined erosion / corrosion probes. This allows our clients to monitor solids / erosion trends on assets that had not initially expected such issues and therefore did not have solids monitoring in place.
